We do not operate an affiliate or referral program that compensates third parties for directing users to us. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire contact lists or leads from third parties. All communications you receive from us result from your direct interaction with the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Provisions that should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
